Flag of Truce. – A Yankee flag of truce boat arrived yesterday at City Point, bringing about fifty Confederate prisoners. Orders were immediately issued by Gen. Winder to prepare 300 Yankees for a journey at 7 o’clock this morning. Another boat will be sent up on Thursday, when 500 will be sent off. This boat is expected to bring up a large number of Southern ladies heretofore detained at the North.
