Discharged. - Sam. Levy, company K, 15th Louisiana, arrested as a deserter and put in Castle Thunder, has been discharged therefrom, having been arrested through mistake by his Captain. The three men, Robert Custolo, Royal H. Brown, and Wm. White, arrested and carried before the Mayor on Saturday for stealing $40 from Thos. S Barr, were honorably discharged after an examination of five minutes, there not being the slightest proof that they had committed an offence against Barrsor anybody else.
