THE EIGHTH STREET NUISANCE. – It has been some time since the matter of removing the railway on Eighth street has been mooted, but every day convinces every one of its inutility and danger. The road being never used, and its being built in such a clumsy and dangerous manner, are sufficient reasons, we opine, that it should be removed at once. It appears that nobody owns it.
