THE TRADERS’ HOTEL. – This hotel, corner of Franklin street and Locust Alley, kept by Mr. Stokes, has changed proprietors. Mr. A. J. Boyle, baker of the Army of the James’ has control of the hotel, and has opened the “Union Dining Saloon,” for the accommodation of officers of the army.
