GRAND MILITARY SPECTACLE. – We learn that a grand display of the Second and Fifth Corps of the Army of the Potomac will take place to-day in Richmond. The display will include a march through the principal streets, concluding with a review perhaps. General Meade, commanding the Army of the Potomac, and other distinguished Federal commanders and their staffs, will take part in the affair. We are not informed at what time the troops will be set in motion. The Second and Fifth Corps are now stationed in Manchester.
