MISS VAN LEW’S ESTATE.
Much of Her Personal Property Sent Away.
Much of the personal property belonging to the estate of the late Miss Van Lew was shipped to Boston for sale Tuesday. That which is left here will be sold at public auction soon.
Mr. J. R. V. Daniel, counsel for the estate, is preparing the bill for a friendly suit, in order to give a clear title to the real estate, which will be sold by order of the court in a few months.
Miss Van Lew’s relatives have left for the north, but a guard will be kept at the house until it is disposed of.
