Ambulance Work
William Thornton, a white man, had his index finger and the thumb on his left hand cut off yesterday morning about 10:30 o’clock. He was treated by the ambulance.
Lucian Beal, a colored employee of the Tredegar Iron Works, had his leg broken yesterday morning at 9:30 o’clock. The ambulance was called, and he was carried to his home.
A white girl had hysterics on the street, near the corner of Nineteenth and Cary yesterday morning about 8:30 o’clock. The ambulance was called, and she was treated by the physician.
