GEN. BURT, postmaster at Boston, has returned from Richmond, where he installed Miss E. A. Van Lew in the post-office there on the morning of the 1st instant, and left to aid her in her official duties, Mr. Jeffards, who has been for six years past a clerk in charge of the business of the Boston post-office.
