DISGRACEFUL EXHIBITION. – Ladies and others visiting Hollywood Cemetery, on missions of love and veneration, are daily shocked by sights that do not belong to a civilized community like Richmond. At almost any hour of the day scores of men and boys – many of them soldiers – can be seen bathing in the canal, within a stone’s throw, and within full sight of the promenades of the cemetery. Has not the Mayor of the Provost Marshal power to stop these model artist exhibitions.
