PROBABLE HOMICIDE. – Yesterday afternoon an altercation took place on Broad street, above Brook avenue, between a soldier who is supposed to be Snow, and other named Jones, when the latter drew a pair of pistols and fired four times, the fourth ball taking effect in Snow's abdomen and causing a mortal wound. Jones was arrested, and the wounded man was carried to Camp Winder.
