ACCIDENT AT THE LIBBY. - Yesterday morning, while Colonel Spencer, brigade inspector of Colonel Moore's reserves, was inspecting arms in the guard-room, in the basement of the Libby, having a musket in his hand, examining the lock, the hammer slipped and the gun exploded, driving the iron ramrod and bullet through the floor over head and into the body of a Yankee prisoner, who died a few moments afterwards.
