City Battalion. – This organization, which has done good service in Richmond for several months past, is to be increased to a regiment, and we learn that two companies have already been added, and two more soon will be. The evening parades on Capitol Square are the delight of the ladies, who assemble there in great numbers, gay and gorgeous in attire. They never grow weary of looking at the soldiers and hearing the band play.
