INVALID SOLDIERS. - The Central cars brought down yesterday evening, 150 sick soldiers from Manassas. In the morning of that day 150 were transferred from the Confederate quarters, on Chimborazo Heights, near this city to the Petersburg cars, to be carried to the North Carolina Hospital, located in the Cockade. We learn that the Medical Board are performing the duties for which they were appointed, and that on their recommendation, several hundred of those deemed incurably sick have been discharged from the army and sent home.
