Only One Offer for Van Lew Place.

Mr. J. R. V. Daniel, one of the executors of the Van Lew estate, stated yesterday that so far only one offer, the amount being $15,000, had been received by him for the property. He thinks the property will be sold at auction within the next few weeks.
