Adjourned. – The Episcopal Diocesan Council, in session for several days past at St. Paul’s Church, adjourned yesterday afternoon. Dr. Minnegerode, from the Committee on the State of the Church, read a lengthy report upon the subject, giving a highly encouraging account, especially in view of the very unsettled state of public affairs. The Council adjourned to meet in Richmond in May, 1864.
