Arrival of Southern Citizens from the U States. –A flag of truce boat arrived at City Point yesterday from the United States, bringing over 360 Southern citizens, of both sexes, and a few paroled Confederate soldiers. The citizens are part of those heretofore detained at the North by the Lincoln Government. Another boat was expected yesterday with two hundred more. A part of those who came in the first boat arrived in the city yesterday.
