To be Sent Away. – Three hundred and nineteen Yankee prisoners will be sent under flag of truce this morning to City Point. Of this number one hundred and ninety-two are prisoners of war, and one hundred and twenty-seven citizen or civil prisoners. Among the latter are Edwin Dorsey, son of Rev. Dr. Dorsey, and John J. Humass, a State Senator from Maryland, captured by Gen. Stuart when he made his raid into Pennsylvania. Included in the list of citizen prisoners are also a number of renegades from Tennessee and Kentucky, some of whom were arrested for bridge burning, engine stealing, and similar crimes in the States named. The departure of these prisoners will relieve the Confederate Government of a considerable item of expense.
