Abolition Soldiers Arrived. – Thirty Abolition prisoners of war were received at the Libby Prison on Saturday from the Southwest, including a few from North Carolina and South Carolina. – There was only one commissioned officer in the lot, viz: Lieut. C. A. Osborne, of company B, 14th Kentucky.
