Interments in Shockoe Hill Burying Ground. – It appears by the report of the Superintendent of this Burying Ground that the interments for the quarter ending January 31st, 1863, were as follows: White males interred during the quarter, 220; females do, 64; still-born children, 5 – total, 289. Male negroes, 213; female do., 97; still-born, 6 – total, 310.
