From the Richmond Dispatch, 7/31/1862, p. 2, c. 6
BALDWIN & WILLIAMS respectfully inform their friends that owing to the occupation of their warehouse as a hospital, they have temporarily suspended the sale of goods. They have taken an office at the banking house of Wm. B. Isaacs & Co., corner of Main and 14th streets, where those indebted to them will please call and close their accounts.
The books of Simpson & Miller are also with us for settlement.
