Selling Liquor to Soldiers. – Yesterday seven citizens, living three or four miles from the city, on the Nine-mile road, and within the lines of our army, having been detected smuggling liquor into the camps, and selling it to the soldiers, were promptly arrested and sent to Richmond under guard, and lodged in Castle Godwin. They will be tried before the Court Martial perhaps to-day.
