IN CAMP. - The Life Guard, Capt. G. A. Wallace, is now quartered at the Fair Grounds, and the Commander desires it to obtain a few recruits before receiving marching orders. Capt. Bayly's company, which participated in the brief and luckless Rich Mountain campaign, has also returned, and is encamped at the same place.
