THE CONDITION OF THE NEGRO WOMAN. – Susan Brown, who was shot by the Libby prison guard on Sunday, for some violation of prison regulations, was removed to the freedmen’s hospital yesterday. Her case is said to be not so desperate as first reported, and there is a hope of her ultimate recovery.
