A YANKEE PRISONER SHOT. - One of the Yankee prisoners confined in Pemberton's warehouse, Cary street, below Twentieth, was fired upon by one of the militia guard on Saturday morning, for a persistent violation of the prison rules. He had his head out of the window and refused to remove it. The guard warned him four times and then fired. Several buckshot, with which the musket was charged, took effect in his back and shoulder, wounding him not dangerously. He was removed to the hospital.
