Adjutant ALEXANDER has left the city and is now at Tappahannock, organizing his men. All who wish to join will apply to Mr. WM. O'KEEFE, at the Confederate States Work-Shop, 7th street, opposite the Laboratory, who will give every information necessary regarding the GUERILLAS.
