Sent On. – Thos. M. Palmer was examined before Recorder Caskie yesterday for being engaged on Thursday last in instigating a riot on Main street. Defendant, who is said to be employed at one of the Confederate Hospitals, was held to bail for his appearance before the Judge of the Circuit Court of the city of Richmond for trial.
