TO THE CITIZENS OF HENRICO COUNTY, UNION AND CHURCH HILLS. - Attend a meeting at Springfield Hall, on Church Hill, on FRIDAY evening, January 10th, at 7 1/2 o'clock, for the purpose of organizing a Volunteer Company for local defence. Citizens would do well to avail themselves of this opportunity. A large attendance is desired.
