RE-ARRESTED. – James Smith, a citizen, who, by his two escapes from Castle Thunder, has earned for himself the reputation of a second Jack Sheppard, was on Saturday again caught up by the keen-eyed police, notwithstanding he had entirely changed his dress, and otherwise disguised his person. We incline to the opinion that he will hardly get off a third time if there be any virtue in bolts and bars.
