BREAD ISSUE. – We learn that the issue of bread by Capt. H. J. Adams, at the Commissary Department on the corner of 8th and Main streets, amounts to about three thousand loaves daily. This bread is issued on the certificate of Col. Manning, President of the Relief Committee, at six cents per loaf. Tickets for rations are also issued according to the situation of the family, those having sick members receiving, on a different ticket from the others, necessary nutriment and medicinal food.
