Circuit Court of Appeals.

The United States Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday heard argument in the case of the Tredegar Company, appellant, against the Seaboard Air Line Railway and receivers, appellees. The cause was submitted. No cases are set for argument to-day, when the judges will sit in conference.
