WILL ASK COUNCIL TO GIVE CHIMBORAZO SITE

The board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce will meet this afternoon at 5 o’clock for the purpose of taking action in connection with the proposed Weather Bureau site in Chimborazo Park. The board is in favor of the location selected by Chief Willis L. Moore, and a resolution will be adopted urging Council to place the observatory of the top of the hill, disregarding the protests of certain people living in the vicinity.
