Death of a Worthy Citizen.
Mr. James Landy Rees, aged about thirty-five years, for many years engaged with his father, Mr. Charles R. Rees, in the business of photographing, died at 1 o’clock this morning at his residence, in North Sycamore Street, after an illness of some duration. He is survived by his wife and one son. Mr. Rees was greatly esteemed in the community. He was a member of Petersburg Lodge of Elks and a former officer of the Petersburg Grays.
