Throughout its fullness of years the life of Doctor James McCaw, of Richmond, radiated benefits upon his fellow men. Skillful and zealous in his ministrations to the afflicted, he was active in all good works, a Christian, a patriot, a gentleman. Such men sweeten the times they live in and leave ennobling examples behind them. – Norfolk Virginian-Pilot.
