At the request of the representatives of the Virginia Club, Judge Lamb, in the Chancery Court, turned the Van Lew property, recently purchased by that Club, over to Mr. J. S. Moore, who expressed his readiness to take it at the sum of $13,000. Mr. Moore simply takes the property is to hold for the club.
