TO PAVE TREDEGAR STREET.

Several gentlemen were present to urge the committee to pave Tredegar Street, which is now in a bad condition, and a resolution, offered by Mr. Gibson, asking for a special appropriation of $115,600 for the purpose was adopted, and will be included in the “wants” of the committee for the next year.

The bids for paving were turned over to the City Engineer with instruction to award contracts to the lowest responsible bidder.

Those present were Messrs. Allen, chairman: King, Bahen, Burton, Gibson, Glenn, Peters, Pollock, Whittet and Woody.
