Ambulance Work.
D. W. Menner, and employe of the Trigg Ship Company, was hit on the head by a hammer yesterday morning about 8:45 o’clock. He was treated by Dr. Good, of the ambulance, and left.
At 10:30 A. M., the ambulance was called to the Locomotive Works to attend a negro man who had been hit on the head by a piece of flying steel. He was attended by Dr. Goode and left with friends.
At 11:10 A. M. a call was sent in from the Tredegar Works to attend W. A. Shoalter, whose toe had been mashed. He was treated by Dr. Goode.
