Ordered to Richmond.

WASHINGTON, July 20. – Among the army officers issued to-day is one assigning Lieut. Colonel William A. Marye to proceed to the Tredegar Iron Works at Richmond on inspection duty connected with the manufacture of cast iron projectiles for ordnance department by that company.
