TOM HIMSELF AGAIN. – Tom Griffin, the well-known colored restaurant keeper, who lost both of his saloons by the great conflagration of the 3d instant, has determined to come out of the ashes again. He has taken one of the large stores in the iron-front block on Governor street, next door to D. S. Huffard & Co., and converted the interior into a commodious eating saloon, which he will dedicate to the epicurean god as soon as he obtains the necessary permit from the military authorities.
