UNDERGROUND RAIDERS AND CONDUCTORS. – For some weeks the detectives have been making frequent arrests of parties on the charge of running negroes off to the Yankees. All the parties now confined in Castle Thunder on this charge will be brought before the Mayor this morning for examination. Among the prisoners so detained are negroes, boys and old men in green goggles. Two youths of the number, Wm. St. George Gunn and John Hicks, are the sons of very respectable citizens.
