TRUST SALE OF
VALUABLE REAL AND PERSONAL ESTATE.
BY virtue of a deed of Trust executed by Benjamin W. Green and Julia A. his wife, the undersigned will sell, by public auction, to the highest bidder, upon a credit of one and two years, (except for so much as will defray the costs of the trust) on the seventh day of DECEMBER next, at 3 ½ o’clock, all that property lately owned by the said Green, lying between the Penitentiary and the James River Canal, nearly opposite to the Tredegar Iron Works.
The property comprises, by estimation, two acres of land, and there are upon it nineteen comfortable brick tenements, now occupied by good tenants.
