A UNION MAN. – Among the prisoners received at the Libby prison within the past day or two, is a man named Charles Johnson, who was captured in Stafford county, where he has been giving the enemy all the assistance in his power. He is put down as a dangerous Union spy, and as such is ironed and closely guarded.
