The Fair Grounds. - Crowds of ladies and gentlemen repair every afternoon to the "Camp of Instruction" of the Virginia Volunteers, at the Hermitage Fairgrounds; to the encampment near the Reservoir, and to other places of military interest, near the city, to view the battalion drills and dress parades. The proficiency of the Lexington Cadets, who are quartered at the first mentioned place, is something wonderful to behold, and worth going a long distance to see.
