The Libby Runaways. - On Saturday and Sunday, the following Yankees, who escaped from the Libby prison, on Tuesday night last, were captured and returned:

Col. Ely, 18th Conn.; Capt. E. L. Smith, 19th U. S. cavalry; Lieuts. W. H. H. Wilcox, 10th N. Y. cavalry; Adam Hauf, 45th N. Y. cavalry; Daniel Flamburg, 1st Mich. cavalry; T. J. Bay, 49th Ohio; J. H. Gadsby, 19th U. S. infantry; M. M. Bassett, 53d Illinois; M. Bedell, 123d N. Y.; H. P. Crawford, 2d Illinois cavalry; L. D. Sutherland, 126 Ohio.
