Mayor's Court, Yesterday. – Barney O'Neil, who belongs to the 5th Va. Regiment, and does duty as a guard at the old U. S. Hotel, was arrested by order of Alderman Sanxay, and caged for being drunk and disorderly in the streets. Upon being brought before the Mayor on yesterday, he was ordered to be carried to the Provost Marshal.
