Change of Quarters. - Some five hundred Yankee prisoners, who have heretofore been confined in McCurdy's tobacco factory, on 21st, between Main and Cary streets, used by the government as a prison, were, on yesterday, transferred and conveyed to Belle Isle, to take the place of those who were sent North some few days ago. Prisoners in small numbers almost daily arrive in the city, rendering it necessary to call into requisition nearly every large factory in the lower part of the city.
