Belle Isle. - An outbreak, (which might have been attended with serious results,) on the part of the Yankee prisoners confined on the above named Isle, was recently suppressed - timely information having been received of the intention of the prisoners, since which, such precautions have been taken, as will set at naught any future attempt on their part to change their place of residence, until they are regularly and properly exchanged.
