Yankee Prisoners Arrived. – On Thursday, Capt. Turner received at the Libby prison Gen. Hays, 5 Colonels, 9 Lieutenant-Colonels, 3 Major, 33 Captains, and 23 Lieutenants – making in all 79 officers.

Yesterday he received 1 Lieut.-Colonel, 1 Major, 5 Captain, and 68 Lieutenants, in all 75. Besides these a Chaplain of the 57th New York regiment. These prisoners report that Gen. Howard, who lost an arm at Fair Oaks, was killed; besides several other General, whose names they did not give.

The Libby prison is in good order to receive them, whitewashed and clean, and, from appearances, will remain so, unless the prisoners carry in vermin with them.

It is reported that there were about 6,000 Yankee prisoners at Guiney's alone. It is thought that more than 2,000 of them will be brought to this city; the rest, it was supposed would be paroled and delivered at Fredericksburg.

Among the officers brought here as prisoners, were several who were making their second trip on the same business.
