Shaved Heads. – Morris Johnson and Robt. Ashby, members of the City Battalion, have had their heads shaved and drummed out of service, for accepting a bribe from a prisoner they had in charge and allowing him to escape. They were afterwards taken in charge by the conscript officers, and sent to Camp Lee, from which place they will no doubt be sent to more active duties in the field.
