The Rioters. – The Hustings Court yesterday examined the following parties, charged with engaging in the late riot, and remanded them to be tried for felony; Benjamin Slemper, Thomas Samanni and Mary Jackson. The Court acquitted Wm. J. Lusk, the testimony being insufficient to send him on for trial.
