Personal. – Major General J. E. B. Stuart, the dashing cavalier of the Rappahannock, was in town a day or two ago. Col. Rosser, of Stuart's command, who was wounded in the battle near Kelly's Ford, has arrived in Richmond. He was severely injured in the foot, but we are gratified to learn that amputation will not be necessary. The Colonel speaks of the fight as a splendid victory over the enemy. Gen. N. G. Evans, of South Carolina, is sojourning in Richmond for a brief period.
